Association of Special Constabulary Officers Supporting and representing Special Constables in the UK Welcome to the Association of Special Constabulary Officers We are the nationally recognised body for all ranks of Special Constables across the UK. We support the professional development of Special Constables advocate for civic engagement in society through Citizens in Policing and represent the interests of Special Constables in parliament and beyond. We have built strong enduring and mutuallybeneficial partnerships with partner agencies such as the Home Office the College of Policing the National Police Chiefs Council and the Association of Police and Crime Commissioners. We also work with the Police Federation.
