👏 SHARING SCHOOL SUCCESS 👏 It’s that time of year again, where we will be writing to our sponsors to share the exam results of the young people we support in Madagascar 📝 We were delighted to hear that Stephanie (pictured) has passed her CEPE Primary Leaving Exam, and will be moving up to secondary school in the autumn! 🎉 Her family has faced significant challenges over the years, but Stephanie’s mother has always believed in the power of education for her family, the majority of whom are supported by @ankizygasychildrenofmadagascar and SSFA. 🧑🏾‍🍳 LEARNING LIFE SKILLS WITH ANKIZY GASY 🥘 Now the summer holidays are upon us, we are delighted that young people supported by SSFA are having the chance to attend a series of healthy life skills sessions, organised by Nurses Tiana and Malala 💚 Hosted at Ankizy Gasy’s wonderful new Mentoring Centre, the classes focus on healthy eating, what constitutes a balanced diet, and teaching the young people how to cook simple recipes on a gas cooker 🥙 The feedback from young people attending has been fantastic so far, and we are so pleased to see our Community Health Education programme develop in this way 👏 (fb)
