Get to Know Us We offer our clients a welcoming and friendly atmosphere from all of our staff at the centre. All activities we have on offer are flexible and can be adapted to ensure they meet all clients39 individual needs and help them to maintain and hopefully improve their mobility. Weekly Sessions Full day sessions offered on Monday Wednesday and Thursday 8.
