📣 Introducing the Coastal Rivers Project. We’ve launched an ambitious new project with our partners to bring North Devon’s rivers back to life – starting at Combesgate, where nature-based interventions like leaky dams, scrapes and baffles are already slowing the flow and cleaning the water before it reaches the sea. Why? Because heavier rainfall is washing more pollution into our rivers and surf breaks. A massive THANK YOU to all the brilliant local businesses, organisations and volunteers who joined us for last week’s Tarka Trail & Estuary Clean Up for World Clean Up Day! 🙌 The sun was shining, the estuary was sparkling, and your teams rolled up their sleeves to make a real difference for North Devon’s beautiful trails and waterways.
