Welcome Supporting people affected by poverty and homelessness What We Do Who We Help Who We Help Hearts and Helpers is a grassroots charity set up to support people affected by poverty homelessness and insecure housing. Based in Ponders End North London we help people both on and off the street by providing practical goods services and events to positively impact their lives. We are local people working to empower other local people. Who We Help Who We Help Who We Help We help people affected by financial hardship and all of levels of homelessness including Our Mission Who We Help Our Mission Living and working within our community our mission is to provide goods and services to positively impact the lives of vulnerable people affected by poverty and homelessness.
