On Thursday 1st May, the Year 5/6 pupils at Milverton Primary School got to present their art project that they had been working on for all of Spring term: Milvertate. It was wonderful to see all the artwork on display and fantastic to see all the creativity and hard work that was put in from the children; they should be extremely proud of themselves. As you can see, no two pieces were the same and it was amazing to see the individuality from the children in this project! We also managed to raise £144 for our charity, Helping Hands, from the bake sale so thank you to anyone who took part in that. #supportlocalcharity #schoolcharityproject (fb)
Yesterday, our Akeeva women’s support group marked #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek with a powerful session focused on Healing, Regrowth & Inner Restoration.
