This week has been a time to remember babies who are gone too soon, to hold their families in our thoughts, and to shine a light on the impact baby loss has on parents’ mental health and wellbeing. At Parents 1st UK, we know how powerful it can be to share experiences with someone who truly understands. Peer supporters who have walked a similar path can offer comfort, empathy and reassurance in ways that professionals sometimes can’t.
