Good Afternoon Everyone It is with great pleasure that we announce September's STAR OF THE MONTH.... Holly Thompson One of her nominations summed up how amazing she is and an integral part of #teamawesome: "Since the very first day I started to work at Families First, Holly has been a great support to me and always happy to lend a hand when she sees me struggling. However, it's not just me. I have seen her support every single other member of staff at some point. Holly does not favour any perticular member of staff and will gladly help everyone and recognise when someone needs help. She is amazing with the children she supports and is a very well liked staff member with them. She is never fazed by an incident and is always willing to do any job she is asked. She is very calm in challenging situations. I always enjoy working alongside her and she brightens up my most difficult days. I overheard one of her 1 to 1s talking to another member of staff last week and he said how confident he had become since working with Holly and how he values her support. Holly never asks for praise and just gets on with the job. She doesn't realise this, but she makes a massive difference to the children every session. I want Holly to know how much I apreciate her help and how she has impacted me. " Well done Holly and thank you for everything you do for our children and adults.
