Copied from our friends at Medway Parent and Carers Forum YOU MAY HAVE ALREADY SEEN THIS HOWEVER WE WANTED TO MAKE FAMILIES AWARE:- From Spring 2026 all adult, children and adolescent mental health services in Kent and Medway will be delivered by a single local provider, the Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust (KMPT). KMPT, NELFT and NHS Kent and Medway are working together on the transfer of teams and services. Nothing is changing for patients. NELFT clinical teams will transfer to KMPT to provide services from the same places, with the same contact details ensuring access to the same care both in the run-up to, and after the transfer.
