we are here to reduce food waste & serve our community without the stigma of poverty London Food For Good Champions email: info@wastenotwantnot-battersea.org Over half of the 900,000 tonnes food thrown away in London each year is perfectly edible?!! Rescuing food from being wasted , distributing it in the community, cooking in big community events, Fundraising events etc. COVID-19 response food parcels for self isolating vulnerable residents of Wandsworth, holiday activities and feeding to children on free school meals etc....

FOOD SHARING SCHEDULE AND LOCATION TEMPORARILY CHANGED DUE TO RENOVATIONS Our work Waste Not Want Not Battersea has been in operation since 2017. We collect surplus food from nearby markets and distribute it through local community and youth centres. We have built relationships with traders in New Covent Garden Market and other local retailers and save around 7501000 kg of food every week from ending up in the bin.
