🌟 We’re excited to be part of a fantastic initiative that’s all about breaking down barriers and creating real opportunities through paid work placements for people not currently working, and maybe suffering from barriers to employment from health-related challenges. Thanks to funding from Tees Valley Combined Authority and delivered by the brilliant Housing Employment Network North East (HENNE), we’re excited to welcome our second paid placement here at Railway Housing Association! We're also thrilled to be working alongside Thirteen to recruit and support our new colleague, and if you know anyone that might be interested, please take a look at the link below. Take a look at the statistic below. During #ASBAwarenessWeek, it's important to recognise the impact anti-social behaviour can have on residents and what more we can do with our partners to tackle it. We know work can be done nationally and that's why we're supporting the 2025 awareness week, including its asks of guaranteed support for victims of ASB across the country and to resolve delays in the justice system, in particular through creating a housing court. At Railway Housing Association, we also want to work more closely with our local authorities and police partners, who can help us prevent low level disputes from escalating into more serious ASB through a more coordinated early intervention approach. #MakingCommunitiesSafer #TacklingASB #ResidentExperience (fb)
