With over 1,500 properties we specialise in the provision of affordable rented homes for older people. In 2019 we celebrated our centenary. Railway Housing Association owns almost 1,600 affordable, rented homes in 24 local authority areas, mainly concentrated in the areas of Darlington, Doncaster, Durham, East Riding, Hull, Leeds, Newcastle and York.
