Scam alert 👀‼️We've been told that someone pretending to be from our foodbank or Worthing Foodbank has been seen recently in local pubs with a collection tin. Please remember to always check ID if you are approached to contribute to a charity - if the person is legit, they will be happy to show you their ID. FWIW, we don't ask for money in this way, although we are always grateful to local businesses who run fundraise for us. We'd hate for their generosity - and yours - to be undermined by scammers 😢 (fb)

A big shout out to our lovely #volunteers who work so hard to support the Worthing Food Foundation and Worthing Vegan Foodbank. We had a great get-together last week to share ideas and information, and to listen to and learn from Ronald Ranta and Councillor Carl Walker from the Alliance for Dignified Food Support, as we consider new ways to support our community.
