On Thursday 3 cars took OHCR members to watch Superman and Jurassic World (fb)
Bright Sparks Arts will be running a Humour Hub evening course at Welly's Sunny Skies café from Tuesday 15 July to Tuesday 19 August, 6:30pm - 8pm. Please spread the word to anyone who you think might find the sessions valuable. The Humour Hub sessions focus on using humour and laughter to improve wellbeing. The sessions are led by professional poets, comedians and musicians. The tutors adapt the sessions to the needs and abilities of the group to ensure they are accessible. Bright Spark Arts also run sessions on Wednesday afternoons, 2pm - 3:30pm, at Sunny Skies cafe. You can email office@brightsparkarts.co.uk if you have any questions about the sessions. (fb)

Thanks for Visiting. The charity Out ofHours Club Rutlandaka OHCR is a group for young adults with additional needs who are isolated or at risk of becoming so. OHCR gives members the opportunity to get together and go out 39independently39 carrying out a range of different fun activities from going to the cinema theatre bowling for meals and having days out whilst encouraged to socialize and to be independent. These young adults are supervised by age appropriate Leaders and a back up team comprising of at least one committee member will be nearby to help with emergencies.
