The ACE Programme celebrates its 5th Anniversary🎉 Half a decade of growth, impact and achievement shaping leaders and sparking change for the African Caribbean community within Cricket🏏❤️ This charity launched in response to a 75% decline of Black British professional cricket players, and less than 1% of the recreational game.
