Members Trips - Sunday 10th August We have 2 trips on Sunday, one a bit further away and one relatively local..... We are making the long trip to near Stowmarket, Suffolk for The Big Bus Show organised by our friends at The Eastern Counties Bus Preservation Group we will be taking H654 VVV to this great event where you can expect to see nearly 140 exhibits with free trips around the local area on preserved buses. We will be leaving Victoria Street very early at 7.00am sharp, for the long run to Stowmarket, and returning from there at 16.00. https://thebigbusshow.co.uk/index.html If you don't fancy that you can have a lay in, and travel to Oadby Motorfest and Stoneygate Tram Depot, departing Victoria Street at 0915, Whitehills at 0925 and Market Harborough Square at 0955 and return from Stoneygate at 1530 hours. Our friends at LEICESTER TRANSPORT HERITAGE TRUST will have open the Stoneygate Tram Depot with a connecting bus service to Oadby Motor Fest.
