5 years ago we were busy feeding the frontline NHS with nutritious healthy meals. Today we are focused on food education and working with three amazing charities in Northamptonshire and the University of Northampton to carry out a research project with 50 families. The project aims to identify the barriers and challenges of healthy eating. The results are due to be published in the next 3 months, but we already know from the conversations with the charities, the impact this project has had on their families. Today the University very kindly organised a food festival with food demonstrations, games, a smoothie bike and outdoor activities for the 50 families. We are so grateful to the 3 amazing charities we have partnered with and their lovely families and not forgetting our special partnership with #northamptonshirecommunityfoundation.
