🥾Today my sole separated from my boot. I pulled a sad face… then had a giggle. Which meant I spent the morning with one boot and one Croc! Thankfully, the wonderful Nick came to the rescue and helped fix it. It reminded me of yoga, because sometimes life feels a bit mismatched. One foot in structure, one in flow. One part of us steady and grounded, another part wobbly and uncertain. Yoga teaches us to meet these moments with humour, patience, and gratitude for the “Nicks” in our lives who support us when things fall apart.
