ICEFEST Inclusive Community Event FESTival To celebrate our 70th Anniversary Year we are hosting our very own Inclusive Community Event Festival ICEFEST in Braintree and Bocking Public Gardens on Saturday 28th June 2025 from 12 noon until 9pm. For more information and to book tickets click the button below. Welcome to Braintree Mencap Braintree District Mencap was formed in 1955 to help people with learning disabilities and their families. We have a wide membership throughout the Braintree District we offer support and activities to adults who have a learning disability as well as support for families.
