Easter On the Road with Hand on Heart and our partners Beta Charitable Trust Over Easter weekend, Hand on Heart hit the road with the HOPE Van, spreading love, support, and essentials across the UK. Saturday: First stop — Liverpool, delivering Eid gift packs to children spending Easter at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital. Alderhey Children's NHS Foundation Trust Alder Hey Next — Leeds, where we served 70 rough sleepers during a heartfelt homeless outreach with Hidden Homeless. HIDDEN HOMELESS - LEEDS UK Sunday: HoH made it to Leicester to drop off supplies for 150 guests in need. Monday: Final stop — Birmingham, partnering with Who is Hussein for another impactful outreach. We served 135 essentials and smiles Who is Hussain? KIDS ARE OUR FUTURE!!! The young Hand on Heart volunteers are truly the heartbeat of our charity. This Ramadan, they’ve been busy colouring hundreds of Eid cards, each carrying a message of HOPE from @naysbros heartfelt poems. The kids have also added their own wishes and support, making each card even more special. These cards will be included in our homeless packs during the HoH Spring Campaign, spreading joy and hope to those in need.
