10,000 Interns Foundation

Championing underrepresented talent with @10000BI & @10000_AI 📢 Pledge to hire an intern 🙌 The 10,000 Interns Foundation exists primarily to challenge the under-representation of Black talent in the workplace through its internship programme, its Black talent network and its training and development opportunities. The Foundation also provides support for socio- economically disadvantaged and disabled students and graduates both within and beyond the internship programme.

Main Navigation CHAMPIONING UNDER REPRESENTED TALENT AT SCALE The application form for the 202425 cycle has closed. OUR STORY The 10000 Interns Foundation was founded to address the lack of representation in Investment Management and in 2020 the 100 Black Interns programme was piloted to offer paid internships to Black students and graduates in the City of London. The impact of the programme was felt beyond the sector and calls for expansion led us to a greater mission to offer 10000 internships to Black and Black heritage students and graduates across 25 industries in the UK over five years. Fast forward to 2024 and the Foundation is home to the fastest growing network of Black talent soon to reach its original mission.
