It plays a unique role in enabling women to develop new skills and gives them opportunities to campaign on issues that matter to them and their communities. The Federation supports, assists and advises WIs to provide an effective programme for the delivery of the objects. It promotes women's concerns and interests by providing a forum within which members' views shape policy and strategy and its represents members views to the National Federation local and national government. The Federation provides information, training and education services.
