ZOF AFRICA

ZOF AFRICA is a UK-registered nonprofit organisation (Charity number: 1196885) dedicated to supporting technology education and innovation in Zimbabwe. Founded in 2009, the charity focuses on empowering the youth of Zimbabwe by funding digital technology courses, particularly for ambitious young people from low-income backgrounds. Through these efforts, ZOF AFRICA aims to nurture the next generation of entrepreneurs and leaders by providing them with critical skills and fostering a growth mindset.

The organisation’s core mission centers on increasing access to digital technology education, enabling Zimbabwean youth to develop technological competencies and entrepreneurial capabilities that can foster sustainable development within their communities. ZOF AFRICA pairs course funding with mentorship and support to maximize the impact on beneficiaries.

Since its inception, ZOF AFRICA has invested over 15 years in educational initiatives targeted at empowering Zimbabwe’s youth, with an emphasis on digital literacy as a pathway out of poverty and a means to build innovative businesses and leadership capacity within the country.
