Get to Know Us Shadow To Shine offers employability and entrepreneurial training courses mentoring work experience and various other opportunities to empower young people from underrepresented backgrounds to realise their full potential. After completion of our intensive training courses we connect young people to our incredible network of mentors who are leaders in their field giving them a taste of working in industry and helping them shape their aspirations to design their futures career paths.
