Family Food Action Community support for families and children in food poverty Family Food Action FFA is a local North Bristol charity which promotes awareness and relief of food poverty through local networking and the collection of food and other vital supplies for distribution to community partners who are working with families and children in poverty and in need in their areas. FFA is run by volunteers and is supported by donations from local residents and businesses of goods ie food and toiletries and of funding through regular or oneoff donations which supports the purchase of fresh foodstuffs. How FFA works FFA street collectors and individual donors bring donations of food and toiletries to the sorting hub each week on Tuesdays between 10. 30 and midday.
