CREATING REAL CHANGE IN DEVON THE OLIVE PROJECT DEVON Providing specialist support to black and minoritised victims and survivors of Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence. At the Olive project we believe that black and minoritised victims of abuse deserve a specialist service that takes into account their needs and lived experiences. Black and minoritised women are more likely to stay longer in an abusive relationship not to report to the police and have multiple perpetrators. We believe a by and for organisation is best to provide this support.
