Southall Black Sisters is a women’s organisation. We run a resource centre providing information, advice, advocacy, counselling and support to Black and minoritised women and children. Southall Black Sisters provides a holistic specialist support service in relation to all forms of domestic abuse, sexual abuse and honour-based abuse including forced marriage, FGM and other harmful practices. We combine crisis intervention work with long-term advocacy, policy and campaigning work that stems directly from our front-line experience.
