Welcome Give me your hand I have taken a liking to you. The Johnson Society Lichfield extends a warm welcome to everyone with an interest in Samuel Johnson and his age. Though based in Johnsons native city the Society has members throughout the UK and indeed in many other countries around the world whom we are always pleased to see on visits to Lichfield. The Society organises various activities such as lectures and outings listed inEvents these are reported in our annual publicationThe Johnson Society Transactions which also offers articles on a wide range of relevant topics.
