Thanks to everyone who came along to the Open Garden Fundraiser yesterday, and especially to the McLuckies for opening their gorgeous garden up and organising a splendid event. You all helped raise over £1500 for next year’s MayFest! (fb)
If you are interested in helping out with MayFest, come along to the Volunteer Fair at the Town Hall tomorrow afternoon (Saturday 7 June). A few more helpers at the event would be brilliant, it’s really got quite big now so we are looking to grow the team! There are lots of other great organisations exhibiting too, so it’s an excellent opportunity to find out about all kinds of volunteering opportunities. #volunteersweek2025 #volunteersmakeadifference (fb)

A Festival of Traditional and Historical Entertainments In the Perfect Setting Box Office Now Open Box Office Now Open Box Office Now Open Richmond MayFest takes place every early May Bank Holiday with loads of great music dancing and storytelling in and around Richmond Castle and Richmond town centre. Many events are totally free. And as a community festival local residents DL9 DL10 and DL11 get a discount on all ticketed events as well as free admission to Richmond Castle on Saturday Sunday and Monday. Put this years dates in your diary 2nd 3rd 4th and 5th May.
