111 was a guest at Delaine's running day on 26th April. Although these Bedfords never reached Bourne, they would have met Delaine vehicles at nearby Stamford. These excellent pictures show 111 in Bourne whilst on route to/from Rippingale. Taken by Gareth Perkins. (fb)

UCPG The United Counties Preservation Group The United Counties Preservation Group UCPG has its origins back in 2013. The group was founded as the 111 group to secure the future of former United Counties Bedford YRT 111 which had been acquired for preservation by John Robertson 13 years earlier. The group wanted to return 111 to the road as a unique survivor of the type. John Robertson remained involved with the assistance of fellow United Counties enthusiasts John Hammond Nick Doolan and Martin Roberts.
