Home Regular Events November Events Blog Picture Collection Contact Book Online More GladeTrust A local Nature Reserve The Glade Trust was formed in June 2007 by the late Sheila Ward and Mildred Durne with the aim of preserving its land for the benefit of wildlife and the education of children and adults in natural history and other art based and practical outdoor activities. There are three main areas which make up the Trust The Orchard The Woodland and Wildflower Meadow. Orchard The Orchard is an area of tranquillity. It consists of a small pond Victorian greenhouse fruit trees and in the future a pond dipping area the area will be used for adults and children alike to educate and enhance the understanding of Natural History subjects.
