Resilience in Action. Two of our young athletes recently faced the disappointment of missing out on Northants county team selection. Naturally, they were upset — and that’s okay. But there was no moaning, no taking time out. Instead, they got straight back on court. Kept training. Kept competing. Fast forward to their most recent competitions — both came away with medals, each beating two players who were selected for the county team. This is what sport does. It teaches resilience. It builds character. It reminds us that success isn’t always immediate — but perseverance always pays off. We’re proud of the mindset.
