Meet our new board member Michelle (@the.mindful.wildflower) Michelle is a passionate advocate with lived experience navigating Borderline Personality Disorder, emotional dysregulation, and recovery. She brings a deep understanding of the challenges and stigma individuals face, along with a commitment to creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered. With a background in leadership, project management, and marketing, Michelle uses her skills to support awareness, education, and community connection. She believes in the power of storytelling, skill-building, and compassionate support as tools for healing. Michelle is also the founder of The Mindful Wildflower, a platform where she shares creative mental health content, DBT tools, and community-based initiatives. As a board member, she’s dedicated to amplifying lived experience, reducing shame, and building accessible resources for those living with BPD and their loved ones.
