The Exploits Ground Search and Rescue Team is a Canadian nonprofit organization operating in Central Newfoundland. The team's primary role is to assist the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) by conducting ground searches for missing persons in the region.

Who We Are The Teams primary role was and remains to assist the RCMP by providing a cadre of trained volunteers to conduct ground searches for persons who become lost in the Central Newfoundland wilderness. MORE AdventureSmart Trip Plan App NO ONE EVER expects to get into trouble outdoors. But a turn in the weather mistake in judgment unexpected injury equipment failure or sudden nightfall can quicklychange any recreational outing into a crisis. MORE What We Do The Exploits Team provides search and rescue services to residents and communities from Harbour Breton and Bay DEspoir in the south to Notre Dame Bay and Gander Bay in the north from South Brook in the west to Glenwood in the East.
