Our Hospice at Home program is designed to honour that wish by providing expert palliative care and support directly to patients and their families in their residences. Volunteers are an essential part of our team. Hospice relies on the support of caring and compassionate individuals to help ensure our residents and their families receive the utmost level of care. We offer a comprehensive training program to ensure that volunteers are fully prepared for their role in our organization.
