This is because sadly, parents living through violence must prioritize getting through the day safely, meaning their energy and capacity for dedicating to their children can be somewhat impacted. Here at North York Women's Shelter, we are committed to creating responsive, evidence-based programs & services for children impacted by violence and trauma.
