It is a lifelong neurodevelopmental disorder that occurs in all cultures and levels of society causing mild to severe impairment in physical cognitive sensory and behavioural development. In Saskatchewan a group of dedicated parents came together to form the FASD Network the Network in response to the lack of services available for families impacted by FASD.
