Pioneer Community Living Association
The Pioneer Community Living Association (PCLA) is a Canadian nonprofit organization specializing in mental health services and residential care for individuals with mental illness. • Lina’s Place, Millers Way, Adrian House, Elizabeth Barnett Terrace, Dominion House, and Henderson House: Programs emphasizing client-centered recovery, ranging from structured environments to semi-independent housing in Burnaby and Coquitlam.

Approach and Partnerships
The association employs a psychosocial framework to foster “healthy independence,” integrating education and vocational training. It collaborates with academic institutions, government agencies, and nonprofits to provide clinical training and advance mental health awareness.
