Supporting longterm sustainable peace and development in Afghanistan. AN INTRODUCTION PartnershipAfghanistan Canada PAC is a Canadian nonpolitical nongovernmental nonpartisan and nonprofit volunteer humanitarian organization whose core objectives are to provide services that contribute to longterm sustainable peace and development in Afghanistan and to undertake and manage needs assessment surveys design of projects monitoring evaluation and training and improving of capacity building at the local level through community participation. PAC promotes equality and respect among all Afghans for the united and prosperous future of Afghanistan. PAC was initially formed when enthusiastic Afghan and NonAfghan Canadians gathered in Ottawa Canada for the first international conference on the reconstruction of postwar Afghanistan held immediately after 911.
