What traditions help you feel connected to your identity? Yesterday, staff and families put the finishing touches on their Ribbon Skirts, which they began creating in August at our first workshop. Each Ribbon Skirt represents identity, strength, and stories that connect us across generations. Reconnecting with culture can be a powerful part of healing and workshops for families creates an important time of connection.
