Heartwood has worked hard to work toward aligning with anti-oppressive practices and approaches through all that we do. Mae and Kelsey will share about initiatives at Heartwood while supporting other organizations in taking these steps and more. The workshop will be a first of hopefully many community of practice meetings where service providers can share and discuss anti-oppressive practice in the non-profit sector.
