This week, we had the honour of hearing from Patrick Radden Keefe, who came to King’s to share his adventures as a magazine journalist. He reflected on the power of storytelling to captivate audiences and shape change. “I was able to digest information best when it was told to me in the form of a story,” said Keefe in the Tuesday lecture in Alumni Hall. “I think on some level, as humans, we are hardwired to feel this way about narrative.” Moderated by Director of Writing & Publishing, Dr. Gillian Turnbull, the thought-provoking lecture was preceded by a book signing and followed by an engaging Q&A.
