Established in 1985, Youth Impact Jeunesse evolved from the Moncton Boys and Girls Club Inc. being asked by the provincial government to oversee a parent model group home. This initial mandate developed into the autonomous agency known today, with a strong focus on community needs and inspiring youth towards successful lives.

Services

Youth Impact Jeunesse offers a diverse set of programs tailored to meet the needs of at-risk and homeless youth:

• Residential Programs: These programs provide intensive support for youth under the care of the Minister of Social Development.
• Outreach Programs: Offered in community settings, these programs equip youth with necessary skills and support.
• YOUTH QUEST Programs: These programs cater to at-risk and homeless youth by providing transitional housing, a multi-resource center, and case management.

Impact and Community Engagement

Youth Impact Jeunesse operates thirteen residential homes and treatment facilities across seven communities in New Brunswick, alongside seven community outreach programs in the Greater Moncton area. The organization participates in fundraising events like the Coldest Night of the Year to support its initiatives, particularly Youth QUEST Central and Transitional Housing programs. These efforts aim to address youth homelessness and provide essential resources such as educational support, job readiness training, and counseling.
