Community Living Ontario (CLO), in collaboration with Ready, Willing & Able (RWA) is proud to celebrate the impact of inclusive employment this #NationalDisabilityEmploymentAwarenessMonth. Since 2014, the RWA program has facilitated 4,603 employment outcomes among jobseekers who have a developmental disability, a milestone made possible through strong partnerships and community collaboration. CLO proudly hosts four RWA Labour Market Facilitators - one in Ottawa, one in Hamilton-Niagara, and two in Toronto, who work closely with employers and community partners to advance inclusive hiring across Ontario. Last weekend, our Student Links team hosted its first-ever GTA Community Appreciation Lunch, bringing together students, families, mentors, and community partners to share stories, laughter, and inspiration.
