James Bay Community Project James Bay Community Project is a nonprofit community organization helping seniors youth and families by providing outreach services community support and volunteer services. JBCP shares its building with several tenants providing services to the community James Bay Urgent and Primary Care Centre LifeLabs HerWay Home and other independent providers of health services. IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS April 18 21 Facility Closure Notice for Easter Our facility will be closed for Easter on Regular hours will resume on Tuesday April 22nd.
