- Employment Services: Including career and employment counseling, job search assistance, workshops, and sector-specific courses.
- Educational Programs: Language classes such as Enhanced Language Training (ELT) and Workplace Language Training (WLT), as well as specific workshops to enhance employability skills.

In the 2023/2024 period, COSTI served over 39,000 clients through nearly 193,000 service engagements via both digital and in-person platforms, demonstrating its extensive outreach and impact.
