Our AGM was held this past Thursday, October 16, 2025 at the Prestige Oceanfront Resort. Our thanks to the West Coast Grill and Island Tarts for catering the desserts and tea/coffee in the downstairs ballroom. After a detailed show review by our Executive Director, Jen Hayward and financial review of our previous fiscal year by our Board Treasurer Robin Middleton, two new Board members were elected, and our new executive determined. We are happy to announce our 2025/26 Board of Directors: President - Jeff Head Vice-President - Claire Wollen Treasurer - Robin Middleton Secretary - Margaret-Elizabeth Schell Director - Alison McKay Director - Abigail Owen Director - Ailsa Wright Director - Michel Ingram We are sad to say farewell to our Interim President, Janet Evans, who has been with SFAS (in various board roles) for 6 years. Thank - you Janet for all that you have done for our organization over the years! Our board is excited about the adventure ahead, especially heading into our 40th year! (fb)
