Empowering a Supportive Caregiver Culture We work to establish a nurturing environment for caregivers A Supportive Culture that empowers the foster caregivers of the region to become involved and increases their caregiver competency awareness and accountability. FPSSS Has Become Caring Families Society CFS Welcome to our new website. The Foster Parents Support Services Society FPSSS is now the Caring Families Society. We still are the same organization supporting BC family caregivers with a wide range of education and support services.
