Join the second session of our Survivors of Suicide series, this second session will focus on an exploration of ‘self-care’ – what it can look like and why it is important – as well as an opportunity to develop your own safety plan (or share the successes of your own with others, if you already have one). Exploring a wide variety of coping skills, using the wisdom of the group, supports survivors of suicide in building individual resilience and community strength.
