Board Meeting Update - May 10, 2025 📝⁠ ⁠ 9 times a year the Kinsmen Foundation Board sits down to review applications received at the office. Our volunteer board representatives advocate for these individuals at the board table.⁠ ⁠ This month 56 applications were granted. 56 Saskatchewan residents' quality of life will be made better because of your donation to TeleMiracle!⁠ ⁠ This month, one of the grant applications that was approved was for a left foot accelerator and spinner knob. A left foot accelerator is installed in vehicles to assist individuals who cannot use their right foot. It serves those with disabilities such as cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, and arthritis. It also serves those with physical limitations such as lower limb amputations, paraplegia, quadriplegia, or other conditions affecting their lower body mobility.⁠ ⁠ Spinner knobs are used by individuals who have difficulty gripping or controlling a steering wheel due to physical limitations, such as limited hand dexterity or strength.⁠ ⁠ Thank you for your support of the Kinsmen Foundation and TeleMiracle!
