❣️Did you know that SDC Drama Instructor, Mako Fujimoto, acted in the latest Emmy Award-winning series Shōgun? 🎊 💕Meet Mako Fujimoto! Mako Fujimoto is a professional actor and educator with experience in television, film, stage, and voice over. She is best known for her role as Shizu no Kata in the Emmy Award–winning series Shōgun, and for voicing Rin in Ubisoft’s AAA game Assassin’s Creed Shadows. From a young age, Mako dreamed of becoming an actor. As a child, she often struggled to express her feelings in words, but she found that through acting, her characters could speak on her behalf. Acting allowed her to live as her true self, which is why she has been deeply drawn to it throughout her life. Through her work with SDC, Mako hopes to help students experience that same sense of liberation.
